Today more people came. They are called no-nos. They are called no-nos because they were bad before they came here. I went to go see them when they got off of the bus today but when they stepped off of the bus they didn't look like bad people to me. There were a lot of old men and women. Children, young men that strut. They had diverse expressions. Some were smiling frowning blank faced but the teenagers were kind of cocky. There was an old woman with her husband; they were weighed down by bags. The man looked very weak and tired and sat down on his suitcase. I walked up to them and offered to carry their bags for them. I grabbed as many bags as I could carry and asked where their new barrack was. The old woman led the way with the man plodding along behind us. Finally, we reached their barracks. The old woman was very nice. She held out a dollar but I refused to take it. Here name was Mrs. Terada. When I was walking out she asked me my name.
Today Mike and I were playing catch with an old dried piece of meat. We laughed and played until it was dark. Mike through the meat over the fence and said, "For the coyotes." Just after someone said, "Dogs!" We looked around and saw three teenagers looking at us. The leader’s friends laughed. Mike called them stupid which was a mistake. They grabbed me and pinned my arms behind my back and the other two went for mike. To one Mike sidestepped and the guy went flying face first into the dirt and the second, he grabbed his arm and twisted and put him in and arm lock. The group gave up and went running.
I was very glad Mike taught those no-nos a lesson.
